Job Summary:
Diagnoses and completes less complex repairs to engines at the customer's site.
We are looking for a talented Field Service Diesel Technician/Mechanic Basemine 14x14 to join our Distribution business in (Fort McMurray, AB).

Will make an impact in the following ways:
Complete repairs on engine products in a service shopPerform maintenance/repairs utilizing diagnostic toolsMaintain detailed records of serviced vehiclesAdhere to Cummins Health, Safety & Environmental policiesOngoing development/certifications on new and existing Cummins productsMaintain own tools In order to be successful in this role you will need the following:
Completes complex internal engine repairsPerforms engine overhauls unassistedDetailed understanding of the aftertreatment system and componentsProficient experience with engine diagnostic software 14x14 Days and Nights Rotation

Must pass Drug and Alcohol testing
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
Apprentice Trained Engine Technician (Preferred)
Vocational diploma from relevant technical institution
Locally valid driving permit
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
Basic level field service work experience
Intermediate level knowledge of and/or experience with engine products
Customer service experience
