As a Vice President, Product Manager -Delegated Experiences and Agentic AI in Trust and Security, you will shape the strategy and delivery of authentication and authorization capabilities that protect customers and enable seamless digital journeys. You will partner with design, engineering, and testing teams to define requirements, prioritize work, and continuously improve performance using research and product metrics.
Job responsibilities
Partner with product managers to identify new opportunities through user research and discoveryAssess upstream and downstream impacts of new features across the end-to-end product experienceSupport journey mapping, market analysis, and customer feedback collection to inform the product roadmapAnalyze and report product metrics across the development life cycle, including time, cost, and quality outcomesTranslate needs into clear requirements, epics, and user stories for technology delivery teamsPrioritize and execute deliveries using agile methods to achieve roadmap outcomesManage timelines and stakeholder communications, including updates to senior leadersFacilitate technical and non-technical discussions to align teams on scope, sequencing, and dependenciesPartner with testing teams on end-to-end testing, user acceptance testing, and post-release validationDrive problem-solving and prioritization by balancing speed, scalability, quality, and readinessApply risk management practices to identify issues early and deliver dependable product outcomes Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
5 years of experience in product management or a closely related domainProficient knowledge of the product development life cycleExperience leading discovery and requirements definition activitiesDeveloping capability in data analytics and product measurementExperience using agile delivery and issue-tracking tools (for example, Jira and Figma)Demonstrated ability to deliver effective product demonstrations for varied audiencesExperience delivering initiatives through the software development life cycle from concept to productionDomain knowledge in authentication, authorization, and identity life cycle managementStrong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skillsStrong risk awareness and ability to manage delivery tradeoffs with partners Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Hands-on experience with OAuth 2.0 and OpenID ConnectExperience building or managing API-based productsExperience with dynamic, risk-based assessment and step-up challenge patternsPractical product experience with AI platforms, agentic workflows, and MCP servers and toolingExperience designing human-in-the-loop conversational AI solutions for external usersAWS certification Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
