Key Responsibilities
AI-Enabled Roadmap & Portfolio OrchestrationDirect AI agents to gather, normalize, and synthesize product roadmaps across WealthTranslate roadmap outputs into decision-ready, leadership- and client-appropriate viewsIdentify strategic overlaps, dependencies, risks, and gaps across portfoliosGovernance Enablement & Decision ReadinessOrchestrate AI-supported preparation for the Wealth Investment Governance BoardEnsure consistent standards for agendas, materials, cadence, and follow-upsTrack decisions and actions, escalating risks and dependencies as neededStrategic Initiatives & Leadership SupportLeverage AI agents to research, analyze, and support ad hoc strategic initiatives such as Strat Plan, Growth Day, Client and Internal opportunities and Fiscal Year Planning.Prepare executive-ready narratives, analyses, and materialsProcess Excellence & AI-Driven Best PracticesDocument and optimize Wealth product management processes using AI toolsIdentify opportunities for standardization (e.g., roadmaps, service descriptions)Partner with teams to drive adoption of best practices and improved workflowsAI Enablement & Innovation SupportFunction as a champion for responsible and effective use of Broadridge AI toolsAssist teams in capturing product and client insights using AISupport the Wealth AI Task Force and Center of ExcellenceContribute ideas for new AI-enabled capabilities and workflowsWhat Success Looks LikeLeadership receives clear, timely, and decision-ready insightsReduced turnaround of Product Collateral (Roadmaps, Service Descriptions) via established workflowsGovernance forums are high-value, well-run, and outcome-orientedProduct teams experience less friction and more alignmentAI tools are adopted, trusted, and embedded into daily process workflowsThe Analyst is recognized as a trusted connector and strategic partnerWe are dedicated to fostering a collaborative, engaging, and inclusive environment and are committed to providing a workplace that empowers associates to be authentic and bring their best to work.
