Overview The Workforce Optimization team partners with Lending business leaders to ensure the right staffing strategies are in place to meet operational demand and member needs. Through workforce planning, forecasting, scheduling, reporting, and data analysis, the team provides actionable insights that improve efficiency, optimize resource utilization, and support strategic decision-making across the organization.
To optimize the performance of business operations by analyzing current and forecasting future performance. Apply various analytical techniques to solve operational issues and support strategic initiatives. Work under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
Provide support to the Workforce Management department of Lending; may work on small projects or portions of larger projectsSupport Lending business strategy and initiativesAssist and collaborate with various levels of staff to accomplish tasks/assignmentsPerform research and basic analysis; may include quantitative and/or qualitative analysisMaintain professionalism in all interactions with teammates and business partnersAttend meetings with various Lending departments and Workforce Management maintaining detailed notes of discussions and important action itemsPerform routine audits of system data to ensure accuracy needed to support forecasting and scheduling functionsProcess and update data in automated systems; may generate and analyze reportsPerform other duties as assigned Qualifications
