As a Deal Services Analyst in Global Banking Deal Services, you will partner with coverage and product teams to support relationship management activities and the execution of transactions across debt, equity, and mergers and acquisitions. You will help maintain control of key milestones, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and contribute to efficient and timely deal execution.

Job responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with deal teams, supporting origination and execution across a portfolio of clients and sectors, including North America coverageCoordinate timely completion of client and transaction activities and milestones, including negative media reviews, environmental, social and governance assessments, sanctions due diligence, announcements, and closing readinessParticipate in due diligence discussions to capture requirements, coordinate follow-up actions, and track completion through to closureManage and monitor the deal pipeline, maintaining accurate status updates and milestone trackingCollaborate with compliance, legal, credit, research, finance, and business management teams to support client and transaction execution needsProvide end-to-end oversight support for underwriting committee approval processes, including preparation, tracking, and follow-up actionsPartner with Wholesale Know Your Customer Operations to facilitate advisory activities for new and existing business, ensuring timely and accurate completionIdentify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce administrative workload, and improve execution efficiencyMonitor deal controls to ensure milestones are met on time, risks are escalated appropriately, and issues are addressed promptly Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Experience and working knowledge of investment banking products, including mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, leveraged finance, debt capital markets, or loansAbility to interact confidently and professionally with clients and senior stakeholdersDemonstrated ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver against deadlinesStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong judgment and decision-making skills, including the ability to identify issues and drive effective resolutionsTrack record of delivering timely, accurate, and dependable support to deal teams and clientsExcellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Experience in relationship management, sales support, or transaction execution
