About this role
We are looking for someone who will:
Be an inspiring, enthusiastic, highly skilled classroom practitioner with high expectations ofallpupils Be creative with the children’s learning journeys to inspire and cater forallof our pupils which will ensure their love of learning begins straight away in September Be experienced in the use of assessments to identify gaps so that children “keep up” rather than having to “catch up” Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills in order to work tirelessly with parents and other agencies to ensure that the children’s experience at school is the very best that it can be Have a sound understanding of primary pedagogy and the rigours of the National Curriculum Enjoy working as part of a team
