• Operate and monitor plant equipment to support safe, efficient, and reliable production. • Perform routine inspections and identify potential equipment or process issues. • Adjust operating controls and processes to maintain product quality standards. • Assist with basic maintenance, housekeeping, and continuous improvement activities. • Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures while supporting team performance. • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level. What We Offer
