Job Description:
Administrative position responsible for the overall operational support and inventory management of assigned Post Sales SPLUS clients. Day-to-day customer contact for business requirements, operational process development and documentation, escalation management and RCCA review, special projects/requests, and inventory management. Has multiple accounts of average complexity and provides backup support for other employees as needed. Countries Covered: US, Canada and Latin America Responsibilities includes but not limited to:
• Warehouse Special Projects • Set up and Maintain Order Entry Module Specifics for each Customer • Set up and Maintain Inventory Module Specifics for each Customer • Inventory Research and Reconciliation • Daily Inventory Control • System Adjustments on incorrect On Hand Balances (after Research & Reconciliation) • Warehouse Resource for Instructions, Training, and Go-To Support • Customer Annual and/or Performance Driven Physical Inventories • Call Center Resource for Instructions and Go-To Support • Customer “One-Stop-Shopping” Escalation Point • Customer Ad-Hoc Reporting Requests • Customer Operational Change Notifications • Operational Compliance Conference Calls
