Job Description: The Project Manager is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of security-related projects and strategic initiatives across the organization. This position partners with Corporate Security leadership, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

The Project Manager I assists with managing project timelines, documenting requirements, tracking milestones, coordinating resources, and communicating project status to stakeholders. This role supports process improvement initiatives, helps identify operational efficiencies, and contributes to the successful implementation of tools, technologies, and programs that enhance Corporate Security operations.

In addition to project execution, the Project Manager I supports data-driven decision-making by gathering business requirements, analyzing trends, maintaining project documentation, and monitoring project performance. The position requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills and works under moderate supervision while developing project management expertise.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of Corporate Security projects and initiatives. • Coordinate project activities between business partners, security teams, and technology teams. • Develop and maintain project schedules, status reports, and project documentation. • Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, and action items. • Facilitate project meetings and document key decisions and next steps. • Support process improvement efforts to enhance operational effectiveness. • Prepare project updates and presentations for leadership. • Assist with gathering and documenting business requirements. • Monitor project performance and help identify opportunities for improvement. • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Criminal Justice, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field • Or equivalent work experience • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Comfortable presenting updates and collaborating with leadership and business partners

Preferred Qualifications

• Project management experience in Corporate Security, Operations, Risk Management, or related fields • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) • Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, or Monday.com • Experience developing dashboards or reporting using Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar tools • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies • Basic SQL and data analysis skills • CAPM certification or pursuit of PMP certification • Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and managing stakeholder expectations
