Garantizar que los procesos y procedimientos implementados sean seguidos por todo el equipo de producción, debido a que las herramientas se actualizan de forma constante (Especificaciones, recetas, herramientas lean) • Asegurar que todas las herramientas como fotografías y procedimientos estándar se actualizan oportunamente por el área correspondiente, asegurando el suministro de la información necesaria. Participar efectivamente en la supervisión diaria de horarios, ausentismo, revisión de trabajo en áreas e instalaciones. Realizar seguimiento de acciones correctivas que surgen de los FPY de cada área. Garantizar información descendente al área Producción en 10 que respecta a cambios necesarios en la planificación de la producción.
