Job Description Summary Role Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Manufacturing/ Materials Planner to support our manufacturing and supply chain operations. This position is based on site at our Madison, WI facility. In this role, you will help ensure materials, inventory, and returned products are accurately tracked and processed to support both customer needs and internal operations. You will work closely with manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, service, and customer-facing teams to maintain inventory accuracy, coordinate product returns and repairs, and drive efficient day-to-day execution across the supply chain.

Job Description Essential Responsibilities

• ·Maintain accurate inventory levels and support material availability for manufacturing and service operations. • Perform cycle counts, investigate inventory discrepancies, and help improve inventory accuracy through corrective actions. • Coordinate the processing of returned products and repairs from receipt through final resolution. • Serve as a point of contact for customers and internal teams regarding product returns, repair status, and order updates. • Create and manage return orders, repair orders, and other transactions within Oracle ERP. • Partner with manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, and service teams to ensure materials and returned products move through the process efficiently. • Monitor repair and return activity, providing timely updates to customers and stakeholders as needed. • Analyze return and inventory trends to identify recurring issues and support continuous improvement efforts. • Support order fulfillment, inventory control, and materials planning activities to help meet operational goals. • Assist with root cause investigations and help implement process improvements that improve efficiency and reduce recurring issues.

Required Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in inventory control/management, materials planning, manufacturing, warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain, or a related field. • Experience using ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other computer base systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing, medical device, healthcare, or regulated environment. • Knowledge of inventory control practices, cycle counting, and materials planning processes. • Experience supporting product returns, repairs, or reverse logistics activities. • Familiarity with Lean, continuous improvement, or operational excellence initiatives. • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting tools.
