Dencar Technology, part of the Fullsteam organization, is a software and hardware provider that develops solutions enabling car wash operators to automate, manage, and grow their businesses. The company serves the in-bay automatic (IBA) and unattended car wash market through a combination of cloud software, integrated payment technologies, customer management tools, and onsite hardware systems.
Job Summary: The part-time Production Technician provides hands-on support to the production and operations team by assisting with hardware assembly, basic pay station builds, shop organization, and general operational tasks. This role is ideal for a student or early-career individual interested in manufacturing, electronics, hardware assembly, or technical operations. The intern will gain practical experience working with hardware components while contributing to daily production activities.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Assemble hardware sub-components and assemblies according to established procedures and quality standards. • Assist with basic pay station builds, including component installation and preparation for final assembly. • Perform shop cleanup, organization, and inventory-related tasks to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. • Support production teams with miscellaneous assembly, packaging, and operational duties as assigned. • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace. • Report build issues, material shortages, or quality concerns to supervisors. • Assist with preparing completed components for testing, shipment, or installation.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. • Basic mechanical aptitude and interest in working with hardware. • Dependable work ethic and positive attitude. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Good organizational and time management skills. • Willingness to learn new tools, processes, and technologies.
Minimum Qualifications:
• High school student, recent graduate, or enrolled in a technical, vocational, or college program. • Ability to perform light to moderate physical work, including standing, bending, and lifting materials as needed. • Ability to use basic hand tools safely and effectively. • Authorized to work in the United States.
