Corporate Communications Specialist
We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Communications Specialist to drive clear, engaging, and aligned messaging across our organization. In this role, you will elevate both internal and external communication channels, serving as a primary owner of our intranet web portal and creating compelling content that bridges employees across all NOC's. Additionally, you will play a key role in planning and supporting internal team engagements and external corporate events to strengthen our brand and company culture.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the intranet web portal, including creating new pages as per department requests • Develop and maintain intranet content to keep employees across all NOCs informed and connected • Support internal and external communication strategies and campaigns • Partner with departments across the organization to gather updates and share successes company-wide • Coordinate with regional and global teams to ensure consistent messaging • Assist with content creation for newsletters, announcements, and other internal communication channels • Support planning and execution of internal and external events • Support PR and external communication activities as needed • Manage relationships with agencies and vendors where required
Requirements
• 2 to 3 years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, or a related field • Strong writing and content development skills • Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, and other simple design tools • Experience managing an intranet or internal web portal, including creating and updating pages • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments and regions • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills • Experience supporting internal & external events
