What you bring

• NMC-registered nurse. • Experience in a fast-paced ward environment (such as A&E, acute medicine, surgery, oncology or similar), consistent with a nurse who has progressed beyond the newly qualified stage. • Confidence working independently with core nursing procedures, including cannulation, blood collection, ECGs and clinical observations. • Practical experience delivering direct patient care and responding to changing clinical needs in a ward or acute care setting. • A genuine interest in clinical research and how new medicines are developed. • Comfort using electronic health records and clinical systems. • Existing right-to-work status in the UK, as visa sponsorship cannot be provided.

Previous clinical research experience is not required.

Benefits

• Competitive salary with significant enhanced earnings through twilight and night shift allowances. • Full time, permanent role, with a predictable schedule. • Life, accidental death and disability cover, income protection, pension and medical insurance. • The opportunity to combine hands-on nursing with participation in the development of future medicines
