Job Summary Job summary: To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Supply Chain Supervisor located in Aguascalientes, Ags This position will be responsible for driving continuous improvement to Flex Aguas´ Supply Chain and Logistics Team. Key to your success in this role will be your ability to be proactive in finding solutions and cost reduction opportunities.
What a typical day looks like:
• Manage material cost review • Drive sourcing/pricing strategies in materials quotations • Track materials financial performance and issue corrective actions when required • Review procedures, such as distribution or inventory management, to ensure maximum efficiency or minimum cost. • Lead the NPI supply chain area providing coaching and mentoring to the team. The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
• Bachelor´s Degree. • Advance English. • Working with inventory level targets. • Experience working in high pressure environments. • Pricing, quality and reliable products experience. • Experience with some ERP. • Good communication skills. • Ability to work within a team and be self-motivated. • Detail Oriented and excellent organization skills. • Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
