Job Responsibilities:
• Early Talent Programs: Drive end-to-end recruitment and selection for new graduate, internship programs, and early talent pipelines.
• Campus & University Partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with universities, career development centers, student associations, and external educational partners.
• Events & Initiatives: Plan, coordinate, and execute campus recruitment activities, including career fairs, company visits, workshops, competitions, and information sessions.
• Employer Branding & Marketing: Develop recruitment marketing content across digital channels, social media, and career portals to champion UNIQLO’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and workplace culture.
• Talent Insights & Analytics: Monitor recruitment metrics, evaluate employer branding performance, and provide data-driven recommendations for process optimization.
• Business & Store Advisory: Serve as an accessible HR contact for store management and business leaders, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and routine people-related matters.
• Employee Lifecycle Execution: Coordinate core lifecycle activities, including onboarding arrangements, probation management, transfers, and offboarding workflows.
• Employee Relations & Engagement: Support employee relations matters, team engagement activities, and workplace culture initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
• HR Systems & Compliance: Maintain employee records, generate standard HR analytics reports, and ensure data integrity and compliance across internal HR systems.
Job Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines.
• Experience: 4–6 years of HR experience, with demonstrated success managing recruitment projects, university relations, or employer branding alongside generalist HR exposure.

• Project Execution: Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple event calendars, stakeholder priorities, and marketing campaigns simultaneously.
• Interpersonal & Stakeholder Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, highly comfortable engaging, collaborating with, and influencing diverse audiences—from university leaders and students to store managers and senior executives.
• Operational Knowledge: Solid understanding of core HR lifecycle processes, employment practices, and retail or fast-paced operational environments.
• Systems & Digital Proficiency: Hands-on experience utilizing HRIS platforms, Applicant Tracking Systems, and digital channels for talent acquisition and recruitment marketing.
• Languages: Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin preferred).
