About this role
• Ensuring spare parts are correctly booked in and out of the spare parts storage • Organizing the spare parts storage (assigning storage locations, grouping similar spare parts together) • If required, requesting new spare part numbers in line with the CU process • Creating purchase requisitions for parts below safety stock • Carrying out an annual inventory count • Checking deliveries of parts (e.g. that the parts and quantity are correct) • Assisting maintenance employees with searching for and selecting spare parts • Assisting the CU with any matters relating to spare parts (e.g. eliminating duplicates) • Other duties, as assigned
