Job Description: The AI Production (AIGC) Specialist delivers scalable AI-powered content and asset production solutions, driving innovation in marketing and creative execution. This role leverages generative AI technologies to enhance efficiency, consistency, and creative differentiation while ensuring high-quality outputs that align with client objectives and brand standards. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver AI-generated content and creative assets across marketing, advertising, and digital channels. • Leverage generative AI tools and workflows to improve production efficiency, scalability, and quality of creative execution. • Collaborate closely with Creative, Strategy, Media, Content, and Client teams to translate business objectives into innovative AI-powered solutions. • Ensure all AI-generated outputs meet brand guidelines, client requirements, and quality standards. • Contribute innovative ideas, emerging AI capabilities, and process enhancements to support client growth and creative excellence. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing workloads and delivering against deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Support the development and optimization of AI production workflows, prompt engineering practices, and automation opportunities. • Monitor industry trends, AI technologies, and best practices to continuously improve production capabilities. • Provide creative and technical guidance on AI-enabled content creation for both internal stakeholders and client engagements. • Contribute to new business pitches and innovation initiatives by showcasing AI-driven creative solutions.
