• Lead recruitment transformation initiatives in partnership with Group and internal stakeholders to streamline processes, improve hire quality, and enhance the candidate experience • Lead Contingent Workforce Management (“CWF”) governance and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations • Oversee talent acquisition vendor management and governance • Partner with Talent Advisors and HR Business Partners to develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies and campaigns, including campus recruitment and career fairs, to build a strong talent pipeline • Partner with the HR COO to strengthen employer branding and improve the candidate experience • Use talent acquisition analytics and monitor KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and support data-driven decisions • Contribute to other HR projects and initiatives, including staff events, HR audits, and ad hoc reporting Requirements
• At least 10 years of relevant experience, with a proven record of delivering successful recruitment strategies and initiatives • Proven experience in developing and executing recruitment strategies, building university partnerships, organising recruitment events, and managing graduate and internship programmes • Strong knowledge of current recruitment trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, with the ability to translate them into practical solutions • Experience in contingent workforce governance and vendor management, with strong risk awareness and the ability to ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data insights to inform decisions • Experience in leading recruitment transformation projects focused on process optimisation and candidate experience • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop talent Apply Now We offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of adynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements
