About this role

The Role:

We are seeking a highly driven and structured individual to support large-scale technology transformation initiatives across the Bank. The role partners closely with senior technology leadership to drive strategic programs, governance, executive reporting, stakeholder management, regulatory engagements, and cross-functional coordination across enterprise-wide initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with the CTO-Applications, to drive strategic planning, annual priorities, transformation initiatives, and management reviews across the Technology Applications portfolio. • Translate leadership direction and business objectives into actionable strategies, structured workplans, measurable outcomes, and executive ready management updates. • Lead governance and oversight of strategic programs by maintaining an integrated view of priorities, milestones, KPIs, risks, dependencies, decisions, and action items across multiple workstreams. • Develop high-quality presentations, board papers, briefing materials, talking points, and decision papers for senior leadership, executive committees, and strategic forums. • Coordinate and align stakeholders across application teams, platform leads, business units, risk, finance, architecture, and other central functions to drive informed decision-making and execution. • Plan, facilitate, and drive outcomes from leadership meetings, workshops, and governance forums, including agenda management, pre-read preparation, minutes, action tracking, and follow-through. • Analyse complex business and technology issues, identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities, and provide practical recommendations to support executive decision-making. • Monitor program health, proactively identify delivery risks, escalate issues, and drive timely resolution of blockers to ensure strategic initiatives remain on track. • Provide hands-on support to critical programs requiring intervention, assess delivery challenges, define recovery plans, and partner with teams to restore momentum and execution discipline. • Drive accountability across stakeholders by tracking commitments, following up on outstanding actions, and ensuring timely closure of agreed outcomes. • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, project teams, and key stakeholders, influencing outcomes and fostering alignment across diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline, with relevant experience in project/programme management, PMO, business analysis, strategic planning, management consulting, or technology transformation. • Proven experience leading initiatives from strategy and planning through execution, implementation, stabilization, and benefits realization, with strong project management and/or business analysis capabilities. • Experience supporting senior technology executives or operating within large, complex organizations, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities. • Demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, develop actionable plans, coordinate diverse stakeholder groups, and drive alignment and execution across multiple workstreams. • Excellent PowerPoint and executive communication skills, with the ability to develop concise, compelling, and board-ready presentations, reports, briefing materials, and decision papers. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize large volumes of information into clear insights and practical recommendations. • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with a proven ability to build trust, facilitate discussions, resolve conflicts, and drive outcomes without direct authority. • Strong governance and delivery management capabilities, including experience tracking KPIs, risks, dependencies, decisions, and action items across strategic initiatives. • Demonstrated ability to assess program health, identify delivery challenges, establish practical recovery plans, and work with teams to improve execution outcomes. • Highly organized, proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of quality and follow-through. • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to connect technology investments and transformation initiatives to business objectives, customer outcomes, and organizational priorities. • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, executive-level narratives tailored for senior management, board, regulatory, and business audiences. • Experience in banking, financial services, enterprise technology, digital transformation, or large-scale technology modernization programs is highly preferred.
