Requirements
• A recognized diploma or degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the banking or financial services sector. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer-centric mindset. • Proficiency in utilizing digital platforms and standard office applications. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • A collaborative team player with high attention to detail and operational accuracy.
