Responsibilities: Completes comprehensive analyses of operational processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement. Analyzes data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for increased efficiency. Develops and implements process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and increase productivity. Identifies opportunities to eliminate bottlenecks, redundancies, and non-value-added activities. Analyzes operational data to generate insights and support decision-making. Configures reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate operational performance and trends to stakeholders. Communicates industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in operations to stakeholders. Drives a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to contribute ideas and solutions. Identifies opportunities of areas of concern and recommend corrective actions.

Education: Required- Highschool Diploma or GED Preferred- Bachelors degree

Prior Relevant Work Experience: Required- 3 to 5 years, Preferred- 5-8 years

Essential Qualifications and Functions Proven ability to support and manage multi-faceted initiatives and use effective judgment in prioritization and time allocation Demonstrates high level of integrity and independent judgement and initiative Demonstrates strong and effective high quality execution to meet deliverables and tasks in appropriate timelines At least 3 years of leveraging data visualization tools, such as MS Powerpoint, Excel Ability to effectively handle pressures and demands of deadlines and competing priorities Good understanding of metrics, measurement of activities, productive work, rates etc. to support calculation and/or validating value/savings, building business cases and business models for value

Preferred Qualifications and Functions: At least 3 to 5 years of working collaboratively with pharmacy operation teams, and represent and support the business At least 3 years of leveraging data visualization tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, and others Ability to interact with internal business partners at a senior leader and management level to clarify requirements and business needs for changes and enhancements Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment to solve challenging issues and identify opportunities for improvement Demonstrates flexibility to support rapid adjustments to strategy and priorities to meet changing business requirements; conveys strong sense of urgency to drive issues to closure Ability to apply new innovative approaches to initiative deliver

Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $102,000.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
