Position Summary:
Patrols casino and/or is assigned to designated rotating posts throughout each shift.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Promotes superior guest service. • Maintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tâlícn and the Core Values of ilani. • Exhibits a professional appearance, attitude, and overall demeanor. • Protects patrons and employees from illegal activity and in times of emergency. • Safeguards money and assets transported to and from and within the gaming facility and cashier/cage departments. • Investigates and records all unusual occurrences and incidents within the gaming facility and maintains incident report writing. • Verifies jackpot payouts and hopper re-fills. • Fire command monitoring and reporting. • Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information. • Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
• High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD). • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment. • Must have a desire to assist guests and treat all guests in a consistently positive manner. • Must be able to write detailed reports in a clear and concise manner. • Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours. • Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time throughout an 8-hour shift. • Must be able to work inside and outside year around. • Must possess a valid Driver’s License. • Must be willing to work in a smoking environment. • Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures.
Preferred Qualifications:
• One (1) year experience in a high-volume guest service position with exceptional service skills.
