As a Project Manager within our Cardiac Solutions team, you will lead cross-functional project teams through the execution of global clinical studies, ensuring high-quality delivery, exceptional customer service, and adherence to project timelines and budgets. You will serve as a trusted partner to sponsors and internal stakeholders, helping bring life-changing therapies to patients faster through operational excellence and strong project leadership.

What You'll Be Doing
• Lead the planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout phases of cardiac safety studies and programs.
• Gather customer requirements and translate study needs into actionable plans for cross-functional operational teams.
• Develop, maintain, and manage study documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate the distribution, tracking, reconciliation, and management of study equipment and related materials.
• Create, review, and distribute study status reports, project metrics, and client communications.
• Ensure appropriate archival of study data, documentation, and project records in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Establish, manage, and fulfill customer expectations through proactive communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor study timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
• Manage financial aspects of assigned studies, including budget reviews, revenue forecasting, scope change assessments, and invoice reconciliation activities.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues appropriately to support study success.
• Facilitate collaboration between sponsors, vendors, and internal teams to optimize resources, maximize efficiency, and achieve contractual commitments.
• Lead internal and external discussions and negotiations to support successful study execution and customer satisfaction.
• Apply structured problem-solving methodologies to address customer concerns, operational challenges, and project escalations.
• Maintain issue tracking documentation and ensure timely follow-up and resolution of project-related concerns.
• Present Cardiac Solutions services and operational workflows during investigator meetings, site initiation meetings, and client presentations as required.
• Participate in business development meetings and support customer discussions regarding operational processes and service delivery.
• Assist in onboarding, mentoring, and training new Project Management team members.
• Contribute to departmental initiatives, process improvements, and special projects as assigned.
What We Look For
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant project management experience.
• 1 to 4 years of project management experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, clinical research, life sciences, medical device, or related industries.
• Understanding of the drug development process and clinical trial environment.
• Experience supporting cardiac safety studies, clinical technology solutions, eClinical platforms, or related clinical research services is preferred.
• Strong project planning, organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, timelines, budgets, and deliverables simultaneously.
• Knowledge of project financial management concepts, including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and scope management.
• Strong risk management and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build productive relationships with sponsors, sites, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Detail-oriented with demonstrated responsiveness to customer inquiries and operational requests.
• Clario Project Management Certification required as applicable to the line of business.
• Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally up to approximately 20% as business needs require.
