JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Receiving & Shipping

• Unload and receive deliveries from vendors

• Stage incoming inventory for storage and distribution

• Prepare and coordinate outbound freight and courier shipments

• Verify shipments for accuracy and completeness

Inventory & Warehouse Operations

• Store and organize incoming inventory

• Replenish warehouse inventory locations

• Rotate products and monitor expiration dates

• Perform inventory cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels

Order Fulfillment

• Pick and prepare supply orders for hospital locations

• Ensure orders are accurate and ready for delivery

• Support the timely movement of materials throughout the organization

Teamwork & Customer Service

• Partner with teammates to ensure supplies are available where and when they are needed

• Communicate with internal customers regarding orders and inventory needs

• Help support efficient operations that contribute to outstanding patient care

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, materials handling, shipping/receiving, or order fulfillment experience

• Forklift experience or certification
