About the Role
What you'll be doing: As an HND/HNC Lecturer you will be responsible for performing a range of tutoring, lecturing, academic administration, and other related activities to deliver a high-quality educational experience to our students. As a Lecturer you are expected to engage students in the learning process to deliver the best possible student outcomes. You will also be required to contribute to the development of a range of modules across the curriculum and to support the quality assurance processes pertinent to the programme(s) on which you are teaching.

Key Responsibilities
All aspects of planning, delivering, and assessing student work, ensuring that all learning outcomes are met Developing, updating, and improving course materials as appropriate Using a variety of learning and teaching methods/materials
Essential Skills and Experience
You will hold a master’s degree in a relevant subject area (Teaching qualifications: PGCHE, MA in HE Practice or FHEA etc. desirable) You will have previous UK HE lectures experience in the wider subject area You will be able to demonstrate extensive subject matter expertise following areas: Business Strategy, Global Business environment, Management of human Resources and Accounting Principles.
