Summary Job Description: BHMG OBGYN
Job Summary: Under general supervision, this position directs and oversees all daily operations, both administrative and clinical services, for one or more sites, with 15 or more providers, and approximately 20 or more employees. Responsible for managing, planning and coordinating the operations of the office which includes supervising all office personnel, billing and collection procedures within the office, monitoring delivery of patient services, planning for space allocation, and acting as liaison with patients, businesses, hospitals and senior leadership. This role requires regular on-site presence to perform the essential job functions.
Minimum Education, Experience, Training and Licensures Required:
• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of three (3) years of management experience required,
• Five (5) or more years of relevant health care experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
