As a Business Process Manager on our team, you’ll be trusted to lead current-state and future-state process evaluations across capital planning, project delivery, program controls, change adoption, and PMIS-enabled workflows. You’ll facilitate cross-functional discussions, document stakeholder requirements, and coordinate with change, training, controls, technology, and utility specialists to help mission partners implement processes that project managers and delivery partners can use consistently.

In this role, you’ll directly impact public sector infrastructure mission partners by helping to translate business needs, processes, and procedures into new and modern work systems. • 10+ years of experience spanning capital planning, infrastructure project studies, and business process evaluations

• Experience leading end-to-end current-state assessments and designing practical future-state business processes for capital programs or infrastructure organizations

• Experience developing and maintaining policies, SOPs, process maps, project-management templates, role definitions, and governance documentation

• Experience facilitating requirements workshops and working sessions with leaders, technical staff, project managers, and cross-functional stakeholders

• Experience identifying process bottlenecks, organizational handoffs, resource constraints, and technology or data dependencies and recommending implementable improvements

• Experience supporting capital planning and project implementation activities within an infrastructure environment

• Ability to work on-site in Norfolk, VA and Virginia Beach, VA

• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with wastewater, water, or other public-utility capital improvement programs

• Experience integrating CIP planning and project closeout with asset management practices

• Experience analyzing or redesigning PMIS, ERP, or other capital-project workflows

• Experience supporting organizational change, stakeholder engagement, communications, and role-based training

• Experience defining KPIs, accountability mechanisms, and consultant or contractor performance-review processes

• Knowledge of CIP prioritization, capital budgeting, resource planning, business cases, and project-delivery-method decisions

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Public Administration, or a related field preferred; Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Public Administration, or a related field a plus

• Lean Six Sigma, CBAP, BPM, Prosci, or comparable process-improvement or change-management certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
