Designed as a talent incubator, our environment empowers you to act and think like a startup while leveraging deep industry expertise to pioneer the future of space-based telecoms.

The Project Management Officer internship position is based in Toulouse (Labège), and it consists of a 6-month mission linked to the critical phases of the demonstrator's development. Starting date - ASAP.

Your Mission As the PMO Intern, you will work collaboratively with the PMO leader acting as the right hand to the Head of Demonstrator and the core project team, ensuring the project runs smoothly and meets its ambitious goals. You will be at the heart of the action, supporting the operational rhythm and helping track project performance.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Project Performance Management Support:

• Support the Head of Demonstrator in tracking the project’s performance against its Time, Cost, and Quality (TCQ) objectives.

• Assist in monitoring the project’s financial metrics and preparing reports for coordination with central management.

• Help maintain and track the master schedule, monitoring progress towards key space/telecom milestones (such as PDR, CDR, and test campaigns).

• Procurement & Operations Assistance:

• Support the team in tracking supply chain logistics, procurement requests, and hardware deliveries for the satellite demonstrator.

• Assist in organizing project data and maintaining proper documentation for future knowledge dissemination.

• Governance, Risk & Stakeholder Management:

• Help prepare and coordinate materials for governance meetings, including regular progress reviews with the steering committee.

• Contribute to the project’s Risk and Opportunity register by ensuring regular updates and tracking mitigation actions with the engineering teams.

• Team Collaboration:

• Serve as an active interface within the multi-functional team (Space Engineers, Telecom Experts), helping to define internal processes and establish a collaborative and agile work environment.

Your Boarding Pass

What you bring:

• Currently enrolled in the final year of a Master’s degree or Engineering School (Bac+5) with a focus on Project Management, Aerospace Engineering, or Telecommunications.

• A strong interest in project management methodologies (budget, schedule, risk management). Academic knowledge or a first internship in this field is a strong plus.

• An agile and proactive mindset. You thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment and are not afraid to take the initiative.

• A strong curiosity for the space and telecommunications sectors (5G NTN).

• Values of transparency, humility & empathy. Autonomy, adaptability, availability & accountability.

• Team-Player mindset and willingness to have fun.

• Strong English communication skills.

What you get:

• Pivotal Role in a Strategic Mission: Play a key part in a highly innovative 5G NTN project bridging space and telecoms.

• Develop Critical Competencies: Acquire a solid, hands-on background in complex project management within the aerospace sector.

• Agile and Empowering Environment: Thrive in a work culture that empowers you to act like a start-up. We value eagerness to propose simpler, more efficient ways of working.

• A Great Team and Culture: Be part of a high-achieving, experienced, and fun team in a shared open-space office.
