About this role

The Procurement Manager – Diagnostic Imaging is responsible for the purchasing and inventory control of repair parts for Agiliti. This role will manage the performance and development of the purchasing and analyst staff, will initiate and direct the creation of process improvement tools and programs, and will resolve issues or concerns related to purchasing and inventory processes. This is a cross-functional role within a national organization, providing field guidance and making sound decisions while fulfilling customer needs in alignment to the operational objectives.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

PART PROCUREMENT AND PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

• Manage the parts procurement process and the purchasing team responsible for those transactions

• Work with Finance and Accounts Payable team to reconcile purchase order, invoice, and credit issues

• Develop, document, and maintain department processes and procedures

• Supervise, train, and direct Supply Chain Coordinator(s)

• Develop solutions to drive improvements and increase efficiency of department

• Represent procurement on new product initiatives and software projects

• Use voice of the customer to allocate resources appropriately to satisfy the needs of field operations

INVENTORY CONTROL

• Oversee cycle count process and deliverables created to track results

• Supervise, train, and direct Inventory Analyst activities to control Agiliti parts inventory

• Create and develop reports used to communicate inventory status and cycle count results

• Partner with field operations to improve cycle count results

PROCESS IMPROVEMENT

• Partner with BTG on SAP Supply chain development

• Partner with Finance & Compliance on SOX requests

• Partner with Quality and Compliance on Approved Supplier Process

• Supervise, train, and direct Procurement Analyst

• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field

• 3-5 years supervisory experience

• 10 years supply chain experience

• Position travel requirements: up to 10%

REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES

• High level of financial and business/operations acumen

• Strong organizational skills, with ability to engage in a variety of tasks simultaneously

• Advanced oral and written communication skills

• High degree of initiative, independent judgment, and professionalism

• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Strong attention to detail

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

• Ability to navigate and lead through change

• Strong presentation skills

Pay Range for All Remote Locations: $75,070.30-$195,161.23

This range represents the low and high ends of the Agiliti pay range for this position. This base pay range information is based on the market locations shown. For sales positions, this range combines the base salary and the target incentive pay. The actual pay offered may vary depending on several factors including geographic location, experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and related factors.
