Osaic has returned to the office on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 4 days weekly in the office.
Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per year + annual performance-based bonus

Summary: As an E-Learning Consultant at Osaic, you will be responsible for designing and developing digital learning experiences that support advisor and staff adoption of firm platforms, technology solutions, compliance requirements, and business initiatives. In this role, you will partner closely with trainers, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders to create engaging e-learning, videos, in-application guidance, and performance support resources that help advisors and their staff learn and apply knowledge effectively. You will serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Pendo within the Training organization and will play a key role in driving digital adoption through innovative learning solutions. As Osaic continues to explore emerging technologies, this individual will also help identify opportunities to leverage artificial intelligence and other learning technologies to enhance the learning experience and improve knowledge delivery across the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop engaging digital learning experiences using e-learning, multimedia, and performance support solutions.
• Partner with trainers, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders to transform learning requirements into effective digital learning assets.
• Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Pendo within the Training organization.
• Create, maintain, and optimize in-application guidance, walkthroughs, and digital adoption experiences that support platform utilization.
• Develop instructional videos, software demonstrations, job aids, playbooks, quick reference guides, and other performance support resources.
• Support financial professionals and their support staff, compliance, supervision, and enterprise technology enablement initiatives through scalable learning solutions.
• Assist with administration and maintenance of learning technologies, including learning management system.
• Organize and maintain learning content and resources to ensure information remains current, accessible, and effective.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to learning technologies and digital adoption tools.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that improve learning delivery, knowledge access, and user adoption.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards and meeting project deadlines.
• Build strong partnerships across departments to support learning, adoption, and business readiness objectives.
• Assist in mentoring and supporting internal partners on Pendo development and digital adoption best practices.
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant practical experience will be considered in lieu of degree. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required. Candidates with significant experience in digital learning, learning technologies, multimedia development, digital adoption platforms, or related fields are encouraged to apply regardless of degree attainment. High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
Basic Requirements:
• Five (5) or more years of experience designing and developing digital learning solutions, learning technologies, or performance support resources.
• Experience developing e-learning content using Articulate Storyline and Rise.
• Experience creating instructional videos, software demonstrations, and multimedia learning assets.
• Experience creating job aids, playbooks, guides, and workflow support resources.
• Experience with Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar multimedia development tools.
• Experience administering and supporting Pendo, including guide creation and platform management.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder partnership skills.
• Ability to independently research technical issues, evaluate solutions, and implement recommendations.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration tools.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools.
Preferred Requirements:
• Experience within financial services, wealth management, compliance, supervision, or other regulated industries.
• Advanced experience administering Pendo, including guide creation, segmentation, reporting, and platform management.
• Experience with learning management systems and curriculum administration.
• Experience with SharePoint administration and knowledge management practices.
• Experience evaluating and implementing learning technologies or digital adoption solutions.
• Experience mentoring others on learning technologies, digital adoption platforms, or content development best practices.
