• Prepares project status reports and coordinates activities and priorities with users, including cost, timeliness, milestones, and issues.
• Collaborates with supervisor to develop department, facility, and project budgets.
• Learns business and application functionality to effectively service customer support needs.
• Develops and maintains positive and productive working relationships with team members, system users, project sponsors, support personnel, and all client staff.
• Ensures all client requests and problems are resolved in a timely manner.
• Identifies potential areas where existing policies and procedures require change or where new ones need to be developed to support active or new projects.
• Maintains accurate equipment inventory records, network problem records, copyright compliance, and network documentation.
• Performs job duties and responsibilities according to corporate and local facility guidelines and procedures.
• Demonstrates company values in daily work behaviors and interactions with others, both outside and within the information services department.
• Other duties as assigned. Provides leadership to facility and staff in regards to all information services projects. Plans and coordinates the purchase and implementation of hardware and software according to company standards and procedures. Works with information services staff to ensure tasks are assigned and completed as required and assigned projects are completed within scheduled targets.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook) [Required]

• Working knowledge of Vision Application [Preferred]
• Familiarity with a variety of System, Utility and Application Software [Preferred]
Education:
• Bachelor's [Required]
Field of Study:
• in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, similar major
Work Experience:
• 2+ personal computers and ms-office applications [Preferred]
• 2+ supervisory [Preferred]
• Working in a healthcare environment [Preferred]
Additional Information:
• An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement:
• Bachelor's Degree OR 4+ years of experience in related field

Pay Range:
