Acts as a leadership resource for management and team to achieve specific organizational goals and accountabilities, reviewing data and creating action plans for positive outcomes. Communicates and collaborates with other departments and programs to ensure innovative, high-quality, effective, and efficient care delivery. Manages adult hospitalist, neuro-hospitalist, and skilled nursing facility service lines. Leads potential expansion of accountable service lines across the region or division. Ensures compliance with regulatory agencies, CMS regulations, and other accrediting bodies. Prepares, executes, and monitors operating budgets to ensure appropriate staffing, professional development, and quality of service. Develops and implements initiatives, processes, and systems that align with organizational strategies and goals. Other duties as assigned. Creates an effective working environment by fostering communication, professional development, and quality, while maintaining positive relations with employees, physicians, patients, and the community. Develops and implements communication plans to drive organizational goals and initiatives. Formulates and updates organizational policies relevant to the area of responsibility. Participates in and leads various committees as assigned. Ensures high-quality care and excellent customer service, implementing necessary improvements.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Demonstrates a broad knowledge of physician practice management [Required] • Demonstrates business and human resources skills as they relate to assigned areas [Required] • Demonstrates proven knowledge of finance, cost control, productivity enhancement, revenue cycle within a hospital setting [Required] • Exceptional people management, leadership, interpersonal relationship and organizational skills [Required] • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in understandable terms to all levels of leadership, physicians and staff [Required] • Ability to work in a matrix-management environment to achieve organizational goals [Required] • Strong decision-making skills based on facts and analytics [Required] • Ability to accurately interpret and communicate corporate policies and regulations (state and federal) and work with the Medical Group Management Association benchmarks [Required] • Lung/pulmonary experience
Education:
• Bachelor's [Required] • Master's [Preferred]
Field of Study:
• in Healthcare Administration, Business or related field
Work Experience:
• 4+ years of leadership experience [Required] • 7+ years proven experience including at least five (5) years experience in a large hospital setting or physician practice [Required]

Pay Range:
$111,800.00 - $207,979.20 Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
