2. Growth Acceleration & Market Expansion

• Act as a growth catalyst, partnering with local market leaders to build data-driven business cases that unlock new distribution channels and deepen market penetration. • Lead commercial readiness for a robust innovation pipeline across Ensure, PediaSure, and Glucerna, ensuring successful launches in-store and online. • Spearhead geographic expansion into France, Benelux, and other high-potential markets, with a focus on eCommerce acceleration and omnichannel excellence.

3. Global Collaboration & Special Projects

• Represent EMEA in global ANI commercial excellence workstreams, contributing to international initiatives in eCommerce, gross-to-net optimisation, and sales capability building. • Lead special projects to address business challenges or capitalise on emerging opportunities, providing strategic guidance and hands-on support to local markets.

Leadership & Skills

• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a bias for action. Exceptional cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills. • Strong project management capabilities with a track record of delivering complex initiatives on time and within budget. • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving change in matrixed, global organizations.
