About this role
West End Family Counseling Services is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish-English) Clinician to join our multidisciplinary behavioral health team. This position offers the opportunity to provide mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, and families in both clinic and community-based settings throughout West San Bernardino County.

Position Details
• 30 hours per week

Essential Job Functions
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to determine treatment needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and establish measurable goals based on assessment findings.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy services.
• Deliver rehabilitation and Activities of Daily Living (ADL) skill-building services.
• Provide case management and care coordination services.
• Complete all required clinical documentation within agency timelines and in compliance with Medi-Cal standards.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and other program activities.
• Perform additional program-related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
• Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
• Eligible for licensure and/or registration as one of the following:
• LMFT
• LCSW
• LPCC
• AMFT
• ACSW
• APCC
• Registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).
• Experience providing counseling services to adults and families in mental health or community settings preferred.
• Strong clinical, documentation, and case management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Schedule
