You'll play an important role in supporting the accounting team by ensuring invoices are processed correctly, vendor accounts stay current, and payments are handled efficiently.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
💼 Processing and entering vendor invoices accurately 💼 Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies 💼 Researching invoice and payment issues to ensure timely resolution 💼 Communicating with vendors and internal departments regarding payments 💼 Assisting with month-end accounting tasks 💼 Maintaining organized financial records and documentation
What Makes You a Great Fit?
✔ Previous Accounts Payable experience required ✔ Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel ✔ High level of accuracy and attention to detail ✔ Strong organizational and time-management abilities ✔ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines ✔ Professional communication and customer service skills
