Job Summary
The SurePoint Ag Production Center Floor Team Member is in charge of all processes to build and deliver SurePoint products to our customers. This includes inventory receiving, assembly and testing, order pulling & packing, quality audit, and shipping. Attention to detail is important in this fast-paced and high energy environment. This position will report to the Production Floor Supervisor.
Duties/Responsibilities of Production Center Floor Team Member
• Pulling, checking, and packing all orders
• Organizing and stocking inventory
• Helping with customer pick up orders
• Keeping Production Center clean and organized
Other Duties
This position will have other duties not specifically defined above that are essential for the overall success of SurePoint Ag.
Being a member of the SurePoint Ag Team
In addition to the specific duties detailed above, you are expected to provide support and assistance in achieving the overall goals and objectives of SurePoint Ag through collaboration, teamwork and communication.
Location
This position will be located at SurePoint Ag Systems in Atwood, KS.
Training
No specific training program exists for this position. You will be expected to learn through experience and asking questions for clarification. SurePoint does emphasize employee development. Opportunities will exist to attend specialized training throughout the course of employment.
