About this role

Sitero is an emerging leader in Clinical services and software solutions for the life sciences industry. We have experience and expertise in a diverse range of therapeutic areas and focus on innovative, technology-enabled solutions that allow our clients to focus on their core strengths. For early phase studies through Phase III clinical trials, our experienced team delivers high-touch services and technology to ensure the safety of all stakeholders across the clinical research community with an emphasis on ethics, compliance, and innovation.

Job Title: Vice President, Product Management

Location: Mississauga, Ontario

Function: Product Management

Sitero is seeking a strategic, execution-oriented Vice President of Product Management to lead the product vision and roadmap across our growing portfolio of eClinical and eCompliance technology solutions. This is a senior leadership role reporting to the executive team, responsible for driving product strategy across the Mentor platform — including EDC, RTSM, CTMS/eTMF, eConsent, Site Payments, Participant Payments, IRB, IBC, COI, IACUC, and Grants Management modules — as well as our SiteroAI and Ash AI capabilities.

This role will be based out of our Mississauga, Ontario office on a hybrid schedule, with collaboration across our global teams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• As VP of Product Management, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Sitero's eClinical and eCompliance platforms. You will define and champion a multi-year product roadmap that reflects the needs of our pharma, biotech, and institutional research customers, while aligning with Sitero's differentiated single-vendor, full-transparency model.

• You will lead and develop a team of product managers, working cross-functionally with clinical operations, drug safety, biostatistics, data management, engineering, and commercial teams to translate market requirements into scalable, intuitive software. A core focus will be accelerating adoption of SiteroAI and Ash — our AI-powered workflow layer — ensuring AI capabilities are embedded meaningfully across study configuration, data management, and portfolio inVsights.

• You will serve as a key voice of the customer, maintaining deep relationships with sponsor and site stakeholders to understand evolving needs across therapeutic areas including oncology, neurology, endocrinology and metabolic, gastroenterology, rare disease, and ophthalmology. You will also monitor the competitive landscape across CRO and eClinical technology vendors to identify opportunities to further differentiate Sitero's integrated offering.

• Build and lead Sitero's Customer Advisory Board program, engaging sponsors, CROs, and institutional research partners to surface unmet needs, validate roadmap priorities, and deepen strategic relationships across the pharma and biotech customer base.

• Serve as a senior product ambassador in client-facing settings — including EBC meetings, QBRs, and industry conferences — translating customer feedback and market signals into actionable product decisions that reinforce Sitero's position as a trusted, long-term technology and services partner.

• Partner with commercial and account management teams to maintain ongoing engagement with key accounts, ensuring customers across therapeutic areas are realizing measurable value from the Mentor platform and SiteroAI capabilities, and identifying expansion opportunities within existing relationships.

• You will partner closely with commercial leadership to support business development efforts, contributing product expertise to RFP responses, client presentations, and partnership discussions. Regulatory fluency — including familiarity with FDA 21 CFR Part 11, ICH E6 GCP, and Health Canada requirements — will be essential as you ensure the platform meets compliance standards across North American and global markets.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• The ideal candidate brings 12+ years of progressive product management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or VP-level role within the life sciences technology, CRO, or eClinical software space. Deep familiarity with clinical trial workflows and the technology systems that support them — EDC, RTSM, CTMS, eConsent, or pharmacovigilance platforms — is required.

• You have a demonstrated track record of building and scaling SaaS products in regulated environments, and you are comfortable operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial company. Experience working with or for a CRO, site management organization, or sponsor organization is strongly preferred.

• Strong people leadership skills, executive presence, and the ability to influence without authority across a matrixed organization are essential. Experience with AI/ML product integration is a significant plus given Sitero's strategic investment in SiteroAI.

• A Bachelor's degree in life sciences, computer science, engineering, or a related field is required; an advanced degree (MBA, MS, or PhD) is preferred.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Sitero proudly offers an impressive compensation package and benefits, including a competitive salary, Variable pay, paid time off, and healthcare and retirement benefits.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE:
