About the Symposium Series
The Sisterson Symposium Series is our firm’s approach to connecting with high‑potential students early in their academic journey. The series creates meaningful touchpoints that encourage students to explore the profession, build confidence, and form authentic connections with our people. Through the progression of programs, the Symposium Series strengthens our campus presence, supports a long‑term talent pipeline, and reflects our commitment to developing the next generation of accounting professionals.
About FORGE
Real‑world exposure designed to encourage early career exploration. FORGE is designed for students who have completed their first year of college. Created for students in the early stages of career exploration, FORGE provides exposure to the public accounting profession along with valuable insight and networking opportunities directly with our tax, audit, and consulting professionals. Students are encouraged to build self-awareness and begin exploring potential career paths. The program emphasizes professional growth, communication skills, and relationship building, helping students gain clarity and confidence as they begin shaping their academic and career goals. FORGE participants will develop a stronger understanding of the profession and how their strengths may align with future opportunities at Sisterson. FORGE creates a natural pathway into the STEEL Summer Leadership Program, though participation is not required to be considered for STEEL.
