Job Title: Warehouse Administrator (MT3)

Full Time, Non-Exempt Overtime: Occasional Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor Pay: Based on Experience Location: Warehouse and Office Environment

With responsibilities spanning Operations and Customer Relations, the Warehouse Administrator is a vital member of the R&S Logistics Team.

R&S Logistics Warehouse Administrators function as a reliable and available first point of contact for customers, demonstrating our commitment to customer satisfaction. The Warehouse Administrator is detail-oriented, with an exceptional ability to organize workflows and prioritize tasks. Warehouse Administrators demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to accept new and challenging assignments while displaying a commitment to customer satisfaction and safe operations.

Working in a fast-paced environment, Warehouse Administrators take professional ownership of customers’ inventory fulfillment. Tasks include but are not limited to: WMS-based order processing, physical retrieval of inventory, reorganization of stock, staging of inventory, and scheduling of inbound and outbound carriers.

Warehouse Administrators are able to accurately follow a supervisor’s direction but also possess the ability to succeed with minimal oversight.

The Warehouse Administrator Position is On-Location; occasional travel may be required. This position may require occasional evening or weekend work based on business needs.

Responsibilities and Duties:

R&S Logistics Warehouse Administrators have a wide variety of responsibilities and duties, including but not limited to:

- Being the First Point of Contact for Customer Accounts

- Sending Customer’s BOLs, Packing Lists, and other Shipping paperwork in timely manner.

- Sending Standard Reports In Adherence to Customer Time-frame Requirements.

- Preparing, Reviewing, and Forwarding Custom Reports at Customer Request

- Responding to Customer Inquiries with Accuracy and Timeliness

- Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) to Track Inventory Movement, Maintain Accurate Records, and Proactively Advise Customer of Inventory Status

- Receiving, Processing, Prioritizing and Scheduling of Customer Orders

- Advising Warehouse Manager or Supervisor of Notable Customer Requirements

- Loading, Unloading, Verifying Count & Condition of, Carefully Handling and Properly Storing Customer Inventory

- Actively Participating in Ongoing Training Programs with Satisfactory Results

- Adhering to R&S Logistics’ Standards of Quality and Customer Service

- Safely Operating a Forklift

- Occasionally Assisting in Warehouse Maintenance & Improvements.

- Performing Duties Customarily Assigned to Warehouse Associates on an As-Needed Basis

- Adhering to all Industry-Specific and Site-Specific Safety Requirements

- Accurately Reporting Time Worked, Adhering to Clock-In/Clock-Out Procedures

- Adhering to R&S Logistics’ Employee Handbook

Qualifications and Skills:

R&S Logistics Warehouse Administrators possess the following:

- Strong Customer Service Skills

- Strong Attention to Detail

- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Operations, Including Inventory Control

- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills

- Ability to Organize and Prioritize Tasks in a Fast-Paced Environment

- Intermediate Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products especially Word and Excel.

- Advanced Computer Data Entry and Keyboarding

- Ability to Work in both a Team Environment and Independently

- Cognitive Ability and Manual Dexterity to Satisfactorily Perform Duties and Complete Tasks

- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting preferred.

- Previous experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) preferred.

Physical Requirements:

R&S Logistics Warehouse Administrators are able to perform the following tasks, with or without accommodations:

- Constantly Operating a Computer, Printer, and Other Miscellaneous Office Machinery

- Standing, Walking, & Sitting for Prolonged Periods

- Working in Seasonally Hot or Cold Warehouse Environment

- Moving Loads of Up To 50 Pounds

- Bending, Squatting, and Reaching DOE
