Position Title & Schedule: Office Custodian, Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Location: 15310 Amberly Dr, Tampa Palms, FL 33647

Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary: The Office Custodian works together with the Maintenance team to perform a variety of daily custodial and general maintenance duties for our Tampa office. This includes cleaning duties, trash removal, inventory/supply control, supply management and other general maintenance tasks as needed. This role keeps our clinical and administrative workspace clean, stocked and fully functional for the team delivering telehealth and chronic care services to patients across Florida.

Responsibilities include:

• Daily cleaning of the Tampa office including dusting, trash removal, mopping and sweeping while following provided schedule and guidelines

• Maintain all office equipment, participate in deep cleaning projects

• Prepare new hire desks and clean out desks of all exit employees for all replacements/new hires coming in

• Prepare rooms for all meetings and presentations by ordering food for meetings, ensuring technology is working properly before the meetings begin, moving desks and chairs and other arrangements as needed

• Keep office spaces in clean and orderly condition

• Perform cleaning duties in areas such as floors, bathrooms, desk areas, windows, kitchen areas, garbage rooms

• Maintain cleanliness of telehealth and clinical workstations, including sanitizing shared equipment and headsets

• Perform routine maintenance tasks and report facility issues requiring vendor or landlord support

• Organize custodial closets and spaces

• Receive, unpack and organize all office supplies and equipment, and track inventory for reorder

• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment following applicable health and safety regulations and guidelines

• Report to Maintenance Supervisor on any needs for the office

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in cleaning is required

• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools a plus

• Ability to handle physical workload

• Strong attention to detail

• Strong organizational skills

• Eye for detail; Professional presentation and attitude

• Ability to maintain focus while working individually with minimal on-site supervision

• Strong time management skills
