If that's you, Mothership Coffee is looking for a Delivery Driver team member to keep our supply chain running with precision after hours and provide support of our Roastery operation.
About the Company
Mothership Coffee Roasters is Las Vegas's home for specialty coffee, roasted and delivered with precision. Behind every café pour is a tight operational engine, drivers, roasters, and commissary teams working in sync to get product where it needs to be, on time, every time.
The Role
This is a part- time role built for someone who takes ownership of quality and consistency, whether that means executing a delivery route exactly right or handling product with the same care in the Roastery. You'll run late-night delivery routes between our cafés, handle a Friday wholesale run, and step into Roastery support whenever there's no delivery on the schedule. You'll follow established procedures closely in both settings.
Schedule: Part-time, 16–24 hours/week across 2–3 shifts:
• 2 nights/week, 9:30 PM – 3:30 AM (delivery and/ or roastery support)
• Potential 1 day/week, Friday 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (wholesale delivery)
• Will handle delivery across Mothership locations while being primarily assigned for pick- up and support at our Roastery (Sunset Road)
Key Responsibilities
• Run late-night delivery routes between cafés with precise, on-time, error-free drop-offs
• Handle Friday wholesale deliveries when scheduled, following exact order and route procedures
• Support Roastery operations (loading, prepping, general production support) during non-delivery windows, adhering to established process standards
• Maintain thorough, accurate delivery logs and receipts, no gaps or shortcuts
• Perform routine vehicle checks (tires, fluids, function) on a consistent schedule and report issues promptly
• Follow handling protocols precisely to protect product integrity in transit and in the Roastery
• Work through route changes or unexpected delays by applying established procedures calmly and methodically, rather than improvising
Traits & Qualifications
• Detail-oriented: catches small errors before they become problems, every shift, without being reminded
• Process-driven: follows established procedures consistently rather than freelancing a "faster" way
• Valid, non-provisional, unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
• 21+ years of age
• Able to lift 50lbs- 100lbs regularly
• Willing to complete a background check and drug test upon onboarding
