Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Partnership
• Partner with business and HR leaders to identify people and organizational priorities that support business objectives.
• Provide consultation on organization design, workforce planning, and change management.
• Support leadership teams in building high-performing, engaged, and future-ready organizations.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated and consistent HR solutions across functions and regions.
2. Organizational & Talent Development
• Lead the design and execution of talent and leadership development initiatives aligned with global frameworks and business needs.
• Facilitate talent reviews, identify capability gaps, and recommend targeted development actions.
• Partner with business leaders, HRBPs, and regional HR teams to implement succession planning, coaching, career development, and other corporate OD and talent programs.
• Leverage data and insights to enhance organizational capability and leadership effectiveness.
• Evaluate learning outcomes and recommend improvements to strengthen overall impact.
3. Team Leadership
• Lead and develop the Organizational & Talent Development team to achieve organizational and talent development goals.
• Set priorities, allocate resources, and provide guidance to build team capability and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
• University graduate with major in Human Resources, Business Management or Organization Development.
• Certification in coaching, facilitation, or change management is a plus.
• 10–12 years of HR experience, including exposure to business partnering and organizational/talent development, with at least 3 years of people management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to design or support people and capability initiatives that drive business results.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and consulting skills.
• Experience in a multinational or matrix environment preferred.
• Data-driven, digitally fluent, and comfortable working with analytics to support decision-making.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strategic and collaborative, with a balance of hands-on execution and long-term thinking.
• Business-oriented and solution-driven.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across levels and cultures.
