We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Lead to manage our Software Testing Electronic Components group. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in software testing within the electronics industry, combined with a proven track record in leadership. This role requires both technical and disciplinary management, with an emphasis on fostering innovation, maintaining high-quality standards, and streamlining processes.
Set things in motion.
• Technical and disciplinary management of the "Software Testing Electronic Components" group
• Developing and expanding the group, establishing working methods and consolidating interfaces with other areas
• Creation, control and optimization of work processes within the team and in cooperation with other departments and divisions in the Group
• Planning, initiating and monitoring the costs, quality, capacities and deadlines of the sub-projects carried out in the group
• Preparing management summaries and supporting management in decision-making and concept development
• Technical collaboration in the ongoing development content of the team
• Observation of technology trends in software testing
• Responsibility for the continuous development of specialist knowledge within the group and the transfer of knowledge to other development areas
Use your skills.
• Degree in electrical engineering, computer science or mathematics or a comparable qualification
• Management experience for at least 3 years
• Experience in software testing (Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus)
• Pragmatic working style, team spirit, flexibility and a confident manner
• Very independent and structured way of working
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English (German is a plus)
