The Engineering Change Management Specialist ensures that all product and system changes are systematically evaluated, documented, approved, and implemented in compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and project timelines. This role is critical for maintaining product integrity and minimizing risks associated with design or process changes.

Set things in motion.

• Conduct formal reviews of changes to bills of material, material master data, and related documentation in compliance with the established engineering change process

• Assess and confirm feasibility and define prerequisites for successful implementation of engineering changes

• Coordinate and validate release dates for changes, ensuring adherence to timelines and alignment across all involved departments

• Monitor and ensure the effectiveness and consistency of the change process across multiple product segments and production sites

• Provide guidance and training to departments, especially engineering / development, on process-compliant creation and documentation of changes

• Resolve and prevent issues through proactive technical clarification and cross-functional collaboration

Use your skills.

• Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field

• Proven experience in Engineering Change Management

• Strong knowledge of PLM systems (SAP, Siemens TeamCenter) and ECM workflows

• Strong communication and facilitation skills for cross-functional collaboration

• Enjoy working in a dynamic and challenging environment

• Fluency in English is mandatory, German is a plus
