Technical Development Support Specialist / Design Support

We are looking for a new colleague who will support design and development engineers in the creation, maintenance, and documentation of technical product documentation. The primary focus of the role is the drafting, implementation, and verification of design specifications, as well as administrative and documentation-related activities within the development process and SAP.
Set things in motion.
• Creation of technical drawings based on specifications provided by responsible design engineers
• Derivation and preparation of manufacturing and part drawings from existing designs
• Creation and maintenance of assembly drawings
• Formal and technical review of drawings
• Checking consistency between drawings, bills of materials, and master data
• Creation, modification, and maintenance of bills of materials in SAP
• Maintenance of part-tracking lists
• Administrative and technical support for ongoing development projects
Use your skills.
• Completed technical vocational training, preferably as Technical Product Designer or Technical Draftsperson
• Good knowledge of reading and creating technical drawings
• Knowledge of technical drawing standards
• Experience with a 2D/3D CAD system
• Knowledge of SAP, particularly bills of materials and material master data, or willingness to learn
• Careful and structured working style
• Good technical understanding
• Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of German is a strong advantage but not mandatory
