Healthvision's Private Care service is growing, and we are looking to connect with experienced, relationship-focused Support Workers who are passionate about delivering high-quality care in people's homes and their community.

What you will be doing:
Every client is different, which means every day is different too.
As part of our Private Care team, you'll provide personalised support that helps clients continue living life on their terms. This may include assisting with personal care, household tasks, meal preparation, transport, appointments, and community participation.
Just as importantly, you'll build genuine relationships with the people you support. You may provide companionship, accompany clients to activities they love, support them to maintain social connections, enjoy a coffee outing together, attend community events, or simply be a trusted person by their side.
About you (candidate pre-requisites):
• Have experience in home care, aged care, disability support, dementia, palliative care private care, or a related field.
• Take pride in delivering high-quality care and service, with strong attention to detail.
• Enjoy building genuine relationships with clients and their families.
• Are warm, reliable, professional, and compassionate.
• Can work overnight and/or weekend shifts.
• Are comfortable providing companionship, personal care, respite care, overnight, 24/7 support, and community participation support.
• Have excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
• Hold a current Full New Zealand Driver Licence and have reliable personal transport.
• Have relevant qualifications or are willing to work towards them.
• Have the legal right to work in New Zealand
