Are you ready to lead the game and drive your team to success? We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Store Manager for Nike Emporia to strengthen our team and help further grow the store’s commercial success. Your responsibilities will focus on achieving sales targets, developing your team, and optimizing all operational processes and systems.
Your Responsibilities:
• You will oversee and manage all areas of the store, including Front of House, Back of House, and Visual Merchandising, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient store operations.
• You will identify opportunities to increase sales, set clear goals, and drive key performance indicators through targeted actions and continuous monitoring.
• You will motivate, lead, and develop the team through coaching, feedback, and training to ensure collective success.
• You will support recruitment, workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning to maintain a high-performing team.
• You will ensure efficient management of inventory, stock movements, ordering processes, and loss prevention measures.
• You will act as a role model for outstanding customer service and foster a customer-focused sales and service culture that enhances the overall shopping experience.
• You will ensure compliance with all company policies as well as health, safety, and quality standards.
• You will work closely with internal teams and external service providers to maintain efficient processes and high operational standards.

Your Qualifications:
• At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluent English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A passion for the Nike brand and the retail industry.
