JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a skilled MPOS/D365 Developer to join our Retail Tech team. This role will be responsible for developing new customizations, supporting existing standard and custom processes, resolving production issues, and contributing to technical design documentation (TDD). The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail & Commerce and a passion for delivering scalable retail technology solutions.
This role also gives opportunity to work on cutting-edge retail transformation projects with Exposure to end-to-end D365 Commerce ecosystem (POS, HQ, e-commerce, integrations) that are core of Pandora’s eco system.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design, develop, and implement customizations within Dynamics 365 Retail and Commerce (MPOS/Store Commerce App)
• Support and enhance existing standard and custom retail processes with strong knowledge on extensibility on HQ, CRT, POS, Hardware station and RTS
• Troubleshoot, analyse, and resolve production issues and bugs
• Participate in code upgrades, deployments, and cloud-hosted environment management
• Develop and maintain technical design documentation (TDD)
• Follow best practices in coding, version control, and CI/CD pipelines
• Participate in requirement gathering and solution design workshops with functional teams
• Ensure all customizations are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with Microsoft best practices
• Contribute to unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support
• Monitor application performance and recommend improvements for scalability, reliability, and security
• Stay updated with latest D365 Commerce/MPOS releases and recommend adoption of new features
• Build and release process of the Retail solution both backend and store
NICE TO HAVE:
• 8-10years of total work experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with D365 Retail and Commerce (MPOS/Store Commerce App)
• Proficiency in X++, C#, .NET, SQL, TypeScript, and HTML
• Experience with D365 integrations and frameworks (DMF, OData, Business Events, etc.)
• Knowledge of retail D365 code upgrades, deployments, and cloud box hosting
• Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps (ADO), and CI/CD pipelines
• Tools: Visual studio, GitHub, JIRA, LCS, Fiddler/Postman, Azure monitoring, GIT
