We are currently seeking outgoing, customer-focused team members to help us turn everyday visits into wonderful winter memories.
As a supervisor in our Food Services department, you will take a lead role in creating unforgettable customer experiences, as well as defining the culture of our team.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide leadership, direction, and support to Food Services Team Members while on shift, ensuring Brimacombe policies and standards are followed.
• Manage on-shift staffing, including positions, breaks, attendance, and adjustments based on business levels.
• Oversee daily food service operations, ensuring service areas are properly staffed, stocked, organized, and ready for guests.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, allergen procedures, temperature controls, and safe food-handling practices are followed.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, portion control, cleanliness, and guest service.
• Monitor inventory and food production levels, communicate shortages, and help minimize unnecessary food waste.
• Provide exceptional guest service and take the lead in resolving guest concerns or service issues.
• Ensure opening, closing, cleaning, and operational procedures are completed properly.
• Support the training, coaching, and development of Food Services Team Members.
• Communicate operational, staffing, safety, equipment, or performance concerns to Food Services management.
• Support special events, group functions, and other Food Services operations as required.
• Lead by example and promote teamwork, professionalism, safety, accountability, and a positive working environment.
• Be ready to assist wherever needed to support successful Food Services operations at Brimacombe.
Qualifications
• Previous food service, restaurant, concession, cafeteria, or hospitality experience preferred
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a food service environment preferred
• Valid Food Handler Certification required prior to opening day
• Knowledge of safe food handling, sanitation, food storage, and allergen procedures
• Experience with food preparation, cooking, serving, and maintaining food quality standards
• Ability to lead and support staff in a busy, fast-paced food service environment
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Strong commitment to cleanliness, food safety, and exceptional guest service
• Ability to monitor inventory, food production, portion control, and product availability
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Successful completion of an OSSD, or equivalent experience
